Our lovingly renovated house is located in a quiet, sunny, yet central location and is the ideal starting point for your summer and winter holiday in the Zillertal. You can conveniently reach the town center in just about 4 minutes on foot, and the valley station of the Zillertal Arena is just a few minutes away by car. Our cozy and modernly furnished holiday apartments offer plenty of space for families, couples, and friends. Right by the house, you have access to free parking as well as an e-charging station for your electric car. As a special highlight, our guests can borrow a Thermomix® TM7 for the duration of their stay, making the holiday even more enjoyable. We look forward to welcoming you to Appartement Stefan and providing you with relaxing holiday days in a family atmosphere.

B 169 - Exit Zell/Nord, turn right and follow the road to the centre of Zell am Ziller.
After the Spar supermarket on the right and the glazier Gstrein on the left you have to turn left.
At the 2 crossroads turn right twice, you will find our house at the end of this street on the left side.

We are a young Tyrolean family that has been renting since 2013.
Our lovingly designed apartments are located away from the hustle and bustle, quiet yet central, sunny, and particularly idyllic in terms of landscape. Cozy corners, harmonious colors, the warmth of wood, loving details, and nice conversations ensure you feel 'at home' with us. During the renovation of the house and the expansion of the two apartments, we put great emphasis on making sure you feel comfortable and well cared for.
Our house is only a 4-minute walk from the center, the ski bus stop can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, and it's just a few minutes' drive to the Zillertal Arena/Rosenalmbahn Zell ski area.
